BARNABY RIVER • For Gerard Regan, depositing $36 into his Atlantic Lottery Corporation online account every Sunday to buy his lotto tickets for the week is old hat.

While he always hoped one of those tickets would be a big winner, Regan, of Barnaby River, said he’s only thinking of others after cashing in a winning $1-million ticket from the Nov. 19 Lotto Max Maxmillions draw.

“I’m excited, I’ve been playing forever,” Regan said in a news release issued on Tuesday.

“I’m going to make other people happy with it.”
