The Miramichi Hericanes have announced their head coach for the upcoming Maritime Women’s Basketball Association campaign.

Brittany Sullivan was named the expansion team’s bench boss ahead of the upcoming season. The team shared the news in a social media post on April 2.

Sullivan, a lawyer by day, suited up for the Dalhousie Tigers women’s squad from 2006 to 2011. She brings “a wealth of coaching experience to the position,” according to the Hericanes’ post.
